10th July Seaweed Pressing

Would you like to learn something new and make some unique beach art?

Jo from Jo at Home Designs will host this fun session at our Boscastle shop.

During the workshop you will learn how to press sustainably collected seaweed,  a bit about the background of seaweed collecting, how to forage sustainably, species identification and finally receive instructions on how to look after your pressings at home to complete the process.

Group numbers are kept to a maximum of 4.

The workshop will include all materials required for the session, tea/coffee and cake, an instruction leaflet to take home

The workshop is suitable for complete beginners and also those with some experience.

Please wear old clothing , it can get messy.

Please note there are no toilets at the shop but facilities are available at the public car park.
